Ultra Fine Powder Raymond Mill HDM960 has the following characteristics:

 1. The grinding method is specail: the cyclone ultrafine grinding machine is a grinding roller that is suspended in parallel in the inner cavity of the grinding ring. The grinding roller and the grinding ring have a gap of 3-5 mm. The grinding roller and the grinding ring are not in direct contact, and the grinding ring rotates through the material to drive the grinding roller rotation, while the grinding roller is pulverized and ground under the action of two high-pressure spring pre-tightening forces.

2. The material not direct contact between the grinding roller and the grinding ring has low iron content and does not lose whiteness.

3. Large grinding force: The grinding force generated by the grinding roller comes from the pre-tightening force of the two high-pressure springs (about 4000Kg), which is three times that of the 4R3216 Raymond machine.

4. The grinding area is large: the grinding roller rotates through the material to drive the grinding roller to rotate, and the grinding ring and the grinding roller rotate in opposite directions, so that the grinding roller and the grinding ring have twice the grinding area of the grinding roller.

5. Fine finished product size: finished product size up to 1500 mesh.

6. High output and low energy consumption: the production of 1250 mesh calcium carbonate is as high as 1.2 tons/hour.

Raymond Mill HDM960 working principle:

Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, and then the crushed materials are elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between ring and roller to accomplish the grind. After this, the ground stuff is carried by the air from the blower into the separator for screening. The fine powers are blow into the cyclone collector and are poured out through the output-powder valve as the final products and the rough stuff after the screening will be recycled back into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The airflow system is closely sealed up and circulated under condition of negative and positive pressure.
