Raymond Mill HD-2500 application

Scope of application: The equipment is widely used in the calcination of calcite, limestone, talc, mica, kaolin, barite, graphite, and other non-flammable and explosive materials with a hardness below 7 and a humidity below 6%.

Raymond Mill HD-2500 features:

1.  High output and low energy consumption: This machine is the largest one of the domestic Raymond machine 10R series, and the output is equivalent to the output of LM1700 vertical mill.

2. Less floor space: the equipment less floor space, the machine covers an area of 180 square meters (not including the finished product warehouse and raw material warehouse).

3. The main mill structure is advanced: the main engine adopts the buffer device, the main mill cover structure is optimized design, the operation is stable and the noise is low; the main mill and the classify machine adopt the quick change pressing device, which is convenient for maintenance.

4. Large conveying capacity: the air blower adopts a high-pressure centrifugal fan, and the air volume and air pressure increase, which greatly improves the pneumatic conveying capacity.

5. High collection efficiency: the cyclone collector uses a parallel double cyclone collector, which increases the collection efficiency by 10-15% compared to the single cyclone.

Raymond Mill HD-2500 working principle:

Firstly, the raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, and then the crushed materials are elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between ring and roller to accomplish the grind. After this, the ground stuff is carried by the air from the blower into the separator for screening. The fine powers are blow into the cyclone collector and are poured out through the output-powder valve as the final products and the rough stuff after the screening will be recycled back into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The airflow system is closely sealed up and circulated under condition of negative and positive pressure.
