E355+SR (EN 10305-1) / St52-3 BK+S (DIN 2391) The seamless tube for hydraulic cylinders, obtained from high quality cold drawn tubes, available in a wide dimensional range.
Process: raw materials-cold drawn/rolled-heat treatment (BKS)
Dimensions:
Outer diameter: 6-720mm
Wall thickness: 5-40mm
Length: not more than 12 meters
Delivery condition: cold worked, stress relieved, annealed, normalized
Packing:
With anti-rust oil on inner diameter of each pipe, tube caps on both ends, hexagonal bundles of max 3000kg with several steel strips, nylon bag and waterproof paper packing each bundle
Of course, customers can customize other packing way.
Protection:
AISI 1020 honed tube is supplied with caps at the ends and protected internally and externally with oil that provides temporary protection against oxidization
Special surface protection can be agreed upon
