CHNTEK QTB251-B Sputtering Thin Film Pressure Sensitive Element
The strain resistances are sputtered directly on the 17-4ph stainless steel substrate by using MEMS (micro-mechanical and micro-electronic) technology. The stress on the substrate produces elastic deformation and outputs a millivolt-level signal which is linearly related to the measured pressure. With the characteristics of good long-term stability, high reliability and small size, QTB251 has a wide range of applications, especially for pressure measurement in automotive electronic stability system (ESP) and electronic hydraulic braking system (EHB).
