The strain resistances are sputtered directly on the 17-4ph stainless steel substrate by using MEMS (micro-mechanical and micro-electronic) technology. The stress on the substrate produces elastic deformation and outputs a millivolt-level signal which is linearly related to the measured pressure.
QTB351-HT has the characteristics of high temperature over 200℃, large range, wide operating temperature, low temperature drift and impact resistance,and suitable for high temperature and high pressure environment such as oil drilling, oil logging, oil well testing, aerospace engine, chariot engine, shipping industry, hydraulic system, testing machine and so on..
