Polycrystalline Diamond
Product Introduction
Polycrystalline diamond is obtained by explosion method, where graphite is transformed into high temperature and high pressure environment generated by directional blasting of high-speed explosives. Composed of numerous nanoscale particles bonded by unsaturated bonds, it has more crystal edges and cutting surfaces. During use, large particles will continuously break down into smaller particles under pressure, while maintaining a high cutting force and not easily causing scratches on the workpiece.
