BJ5-10 Steel Bar Gauge Length Meter for Tension Testing from China Factory
1.Product introduction
The gauge meter is designed and manufactured according to GB228-87 "Regulations for Metal Material Extrusion Test" and the needs of different users. It has the characteristics of accurate gauge length, electric punching, high work efficiency and easy operation. The gauge length can be 5mm/10mm. It is an essential instrument for the laboratory.
2.Product Features
It adopts the vertical pressing method, which is driven by the motor to rotate a shaft with a spiral belt by 360°. The punch is raised and lowered vertically at different angles, and the spring is driven by the elastic force of the spring. The straight line arrangement pitch is 10 mm × 31 points = 300 mm. By moving the positioning device, the second hitting gauge length is 5 mm x 62 dots = 305 mm.
The electric continuous dot-punching machine is a special equipment for the metal tension sample length gauge (LO).

4.Product standard configuration
The main body of the machine is composed of a base, a bracket, a sample support table, a knob, a punch, an operating lever, a moving hand wheel, a motor, an electric controller, an action switch, and a speed setting knob.
