HS-1400C Box type electric lab muffle furnace is adopted high quality silicon carbide rod as heating element; With dual shell structure and intelligent auto-control temperature system, SCR control, phase shifting trigger. The furnace chamber is adopted the 1600 type imported polycrystalline alumina fiber. Equipped with intelligent cooling System between the dual shell, when the surface temperature reach to 50℃, the cooling fun will be start working automatically, so it can ensure the surface temperature is low; Using constant current soft-start control, to extend the life of heating elements.

Main function & Features

1. Furnace chamber adopted high quality alumina polycrystalline fiber, which used Japanese technology (vac-sorb forming alumina polycrystalline fiber) with good insulation and durability properties, high tensile strength and no miscellaneous ball; Chamber surface coated with imported 1600 type high temperature resistant heat insulation coating, it can improve the reflectivity and the heat efficiency of furnace, and prolong the service life of furnace. So this furnace much more energy saving than the furnace use common fiber materials.

2. With high qualitysilicon carbide rod as heating elements, high heating efficiency, greatly improving the service life.

3. Furnace chamber with assembling structure, through strict computation, durable to use, does not collapse; equipped with breathing holes, can reduce shrinkage of furnace chamber and prolong the service life.

4. Side open type furnace door, open the door power will be cut off automatically.

4. Reserved 485 convert interface, can be connected with PC through software. It has remote control, real time tracking, history recorder, and output report function. 

5. Over temperature will alarm and cut off power supply automatically, also with leakage protect function, operation more safety.
