2. Check whether the circulating motor in the equipment room is damaged or not running;
3. Check whether the solid-state relay in the temperature part is burned out and short-circuited
If the heater is not burned out, use a three-meter meter AC voltage range, the voltage range is turned to the 600 volt position, place the red and black rods on the AC side of the solid state relay marked with the wire number T, and place the temperature part The temperature setting value is set to 0℃. At this time, the indicator light of the solid state relay in the temperature part will not light up. If the measured voltage value does not change, it remains below 10V, which means that the solid state relay burns out and shows a short circuit state.
Solution:
1. Turn the panel over-temperature protector to the position of 150℃, or add 30℃ to the use temperature;
2. Notify the manufacturer's customer service and maintenance department to replace the circulating motor;
3. Replace the solid-state relay in the temperature part (the solid-state relay marked with the line number T), or notify the after-sales service for repair.
