1. Cannot operate normally after turning on the power
Check whether the water level in the heating tank is too low. When the water level is too low, the device will cut off the power supply to ensure the safety of the device; therefore, when such a failure occurs, please check the water level in the heating tank first. After removing such faults, it still cannot run normally. At this time, it must be a functional failure of the salt spray test machine equipment. At this time, you can contact the manufacturer for repair.
2. There is a normal spray and the air compressor is not running normally
In general, for the safety of the equipment, the air compressor of the salt spray test machine is generally equipped with an automatic protection system. When the salt spray test machine is abnormally used, the air compressor will automatically stop running. In case of failure, you can use it as usual.
3. The spray of the salt spray test machine equipment is not timed
When such a fault occurs, you should immediately check whether the laboratory temperature has risen to the specified temperature, because if the temperature does not reach the preset temperature, the timing device must think that the experiment has not started, so this type of fault can be checked by checking the preset temperature and the actual temperature. It can be discharged; of course, it is also possible that the time set and the time of spraying are the same, which makes it impossible to observe the time.
4. The touch screen is not responding
Because the equipment of the salt spray test machine is gradually becoming more intelligent, most of the salt spray test machines shipped now use touch screens; after eliminating the screen lock factor, please contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
