Precautions during use
● please use 6 bolt mounting holes for installation method. Please tighten the bolts according to the specified tightening torque (refer to the overall dimension).
● the rotation direction mht24-90 can be bidirectional. Mht150 and above are special for right rotation (when viewed from shaft end).
● it can not be used as brake (pump).
● please connect the oil drain pipe directly to the oil tank. The allowable back pressure of oil drain circuit is 0.17mpa.
● when operating under the condition of 3.5Mpa or more than 50 revolutions per minute, please confirm whether the oil discharge is greater than the following value. If it is less than the specified value, increase the back pressure on the outlet side of the hydraulic motor and increase the oil discharge before starting the operation.
● please keep the temperature difference between the hydraulic motor and the hydraulic oil within 28 ° C. When the temperature of the hydraulic motor is low and the temperature of the hydraulic oil is relatively high, please operate under the condition of no-load and low speed (below 50min-1), control the temperature difference within 28 ° C, and then carry out the normal operation.
● when running for the first time, please inject hydraulic oil from each port and fill the hydraulic motor with hydraulic oil before starting to run.
