The pilot servo proportional valve D * 1FP series is an ideal choice for hydraulic shaft positioning accuracy, pressure and speed control, with high dynamic and high flow characteristics. The d * 1Fp series shifts the benefits of Parker voice coil drive (VCD ®) to a larger frame size for high flow. The high dynamic / high precision driving of the pilot valve can effectively control the main valve core, thus realizing the complete performance of the servo level valve. Features and advantages: • high dynamic - shorter cycle time to increase machine output • high flow - efficiency related to valve size • high resolution position feedback on the main spool - stabilize spool position Advanced main spool design (sinusoidal characteristics) - high resolution position control with small command signal and high flow required • spool positioning defined in case of power failure - optional P-A / B-T or P-B / A-T or center position (overlapping spool) • Digital Electronics - allows storage and loading of valve records • optional use of EtherCAT interface, 2x M12x1, 4-pin (ether cat input and EtherCAT output) in 2x fieldbus system • very robust valve design - reduces cost by reducing downtime Application: • general purpose press Die casting • injection molding • pulp and paper
