Product Description
D660 series servo proportional control valve is used in two-way, three-way, four-way and five way throttle type flow control valve. These valves are suitable for electro-hydraulic position, speed, pressure or electro-hydraulic control system, as well as other control occasions requiring high dynamic response requirements. The control circuit in D660 series valve is also an innovation of our company. It adopts SMD technology and 24VDC power supply.
- significantly improve the flow utilization efficiency (more than 90% of the pilot flow is used), which helps to reduce energy consumption, especially for machines using multiple servo proportional valves. - the servo jet pipe pilot valve has a high undamped natural frequency (500Hz), so the dynamic response of this valve is high. - reliable performance. The servojet pilot valve has a high pressure efficiency (when the input full calibration signal, the pressure efficiency is more than 80%), and it can also obtain ideal control force for the long stroke main valve core, so that even if there is pollution and hydrodynamic interference, it can also obtain a very reliable position accuracy. - the minimum control pressure of the pilot stage is only 25bar, which makes the servo proportional control valve even applicable to low-pressure systems such as turbine control. - the nominal clearance of the built-in filter of the servojet pilot valve is 200um, so its service life is almost unlimited. - based on the relatively flat pressure gain characteristics of the servo jet pipe pilot valve, it has impeccable working performance. With the increase of the loop gain, the valve has excellent static and dynamic response characteristics, and the performance of the control system is significantly improved.
