Overflow exhaust: In order to carry out stable pressure control, be sure to loosen the exhaust plug and make the air clean during the initial adjustment. Manual adjustment: When the initial adjustment or electrical faults cause no input current in the solenoid valve, the manual pressure adjustment knob can be operated to set the pressure. For electromagnetic control, please turn the knob to the left limit position before use. Minimum control flow rate: When the flow rate is relatively small, the set pressure may be unstable. Therefore, the flow rate must be greater than the value shown in the table below. Drain piping: The allowable back pressure at Y port (drain) is 0.2MPa. Please return the oil drain pipe directly to the tank, and the end of the oil pipe must be arranged below the oil level. Fuel tank piping: Please do not connect with other fuel tank piping, but directly connect to the fuel tank. Also, the end of the piping must be placed below the oil level. Discharge piping: If the distance of the discharge oil piping is too long, the internal volume of the pipeline will increase and the pressure control will become unstable. So pay more attention. Zero adjustment: It has been adjusted before leaving the factory, so there is no need to adjust again. Set pressure of main valve: The main valve acts as a safety valve, and the pressure is set to be 2.5 MPa higher than the maximum adjustment pressure (the flow rate at the time of setting is 1/2 of the maximum flow rate). When the relief valve is installed on the sub-plate, drain the oil from the Y port (Rc1/4) of the main valve cover.
