1. Pour 1000ml of water and 80g of Latina special oil into the pot.
2. After fully boiling until bubbling,pour 960g of churro powder.Turn off the fire.
3. Stir with a wooden spoon until there is no white spot,then stir for about one minute until the dough surface is smooth and not sticky. (dough looks like golden color)
4. Fill the mixed dough into the churro barrel,start making churros (choose the length you need and cut it off).
5. Put the churros into 200℃ oil and fry it until gold color.
6. Injecting ice cream into the middle of the churro or wrapped chocolate shreds on the outside of the churro.
