Color sorter is a high-end scientific and technological equipment integrating pneumatic, mechanical and photoelectric. Color sorter-firstly, the material is spread evenly by a linear vibrator, enters the chute and slides down, and the material is scanned and analyzed 5000 times per second by a dual-phase high-speed linear CCD photosensitive original; Binocular cross targeting technology is used to locate impurity heterochromatic particles. The adopted picture information is transmitted to the motherboard cpu for patent algorithm calculation, which is screened and eliminated within a distance of 4cm. After a large amount of data is calculated, the foreign color particles are blown away by the magnetic suspension spray valve. Achieves the functions of cleaning, sorting and removing impurity heterochromatic particles. 5. Pressure regulating and filtering valve: Japanese SMC is adopted
6. CPU: It is packaged by Altera (altera) and FPGA (Hardware Reconfigurable Architecture), providing powerful computing power and sufficient flexibility.
7. Electrical part of the whole machine: the power module is powered by Taiwan Mingwei switching power supply
8. Circuit wire of the whole machine: French Schneider plug cable is adopted
9. Light path of the whole machine: All light paths of the whole machine adopt LED cold light source, and the designed service life is over 50,000 hours.
