Product structure
ZGC double cone high concentration slag eliminator is composed of inlet and outlet head, upper cone, lower cone, pressure gauge, ball valve, high pressure water pipe, sediment tank and other components, ZGC double cone high concentration slag eliminator.
Product principle
Product performance
It can work in the conveying process of high concentration slurry without affecting the effect of sand removal. The pulp goes through the dredge at one time, and the fine pulp in the impurities is washed by backwash with pressurized water, and the fiber loss is basically zero. The cone is made of high strength cast iron after tempering and finishing, or wear-resistant ceramics, with a wall thickness of 5-10cm, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and has a longer service time. Through the data shown in the inlet and outlet pressure indicator, the pressure difference of inlet and outlet slurry can be adjusted freely to achieve the separation effect and production capacity required by the design.
