1. Q: How many days will it cost for sample and production?
A: Stock Sample:1-2 days;
Stock Bulk Products: 5-7 days
Customized Sample: 7-10days;
Customized Bulk Products: 25-30days depend on customized way.
2. Q: Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, we can do OEM products. Please donot hesitate to tell us your requirements.
3. Q: How can I get some samples?
A: 1. We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier
cost AND samples FEE, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
2. Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex,
UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection
account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company
4. Q: How to make customized order?
A: Place order with us-send purchase order with detail-Make payment for deposit-Making
sample for confirmation (photos or practical sample)-sample confirmation-bulk production-
make payment for balance-delivery.
