1. Batter pump (gear pump): It is used to convey the batter. The rotary power of the gear pump is used to continuously deliver the batter in the batter bucket to the nozzle. The batter conveying motor adopts a stepless speed changer to adjust the feed Pulp speed.
2. Shotcrete nozzle: used to supply flour slurry. The nozzle is installed at the bottom of the main body of the roasting wheel. The upper edge of the nozzle is where the slurry is discharged. Its function is to send the flour slurry discharged by the gear pump to the surface of the roasting wheel. The nozzle structure design also has an eccentric shaft with a fixed rolling bearing, which is used to adjust the gap between the nozzle and the roasting wheel to produce spring rolls of ideal thickness.
3. Baking wheel: used to bake spring rolls. The surface temperature of the baking wheel is controlled by an electric thermocouple and a temperature control instrument. The temperature can be automatically set (usually 150℃—180℃), and the temperature can be adjusted according to the thickness and thickness of the dough. ).
4. Cooling conveyor: the spring roll skin is air-cooled by the mesh conveyor belt and then transported to the cutting machine.
5. Rotary cutter: After the spring roll skin is transferred from the conveyor to the cutting machine, it is cut into squares after being rolled by the rotating cutter and the cutting board roller. The cutting length can be adjusted by itself.
6. Alignment mechanism: used to arrange and output the cut spring rolls.
