The cake manufacturing production line has a complete range of product specifications and the output can be cutomized, suitable for different customer requirements. Basically, it can finish 276 baking plates one hour.(one minute 4.6 plates and 13 seconds for one plate)
The main process of the cake production line:
Batter mixing→automatic feeding→mould spraying and oiling (paper tray)→grouting→baking→cooling→(injection)→demolding→sterilization→packaging.
Cakes are very popular snack food in many countries, and they quickly replaced the leading position of biscuits in the snack food market with delicious, nutritious and hygienic products. The total cake production line is consisted of batter mixing nachine, batter injection machine, cake baking tunnel, demoulding machine, cake sterilization and cake packaging machine, which is easy to operate, stable in operation, and highly energy-efficient.
