Features
Material: Internal material made of 1.5t white iron steel plate, external SS41 steel plate
with anti-rust treatment and powder baking paint (iron gray)
Insulation: High-density 100K high-temperature-resistant insulation cotton is used. Six sides are insulated.
Door: Single-open door type, American full-open rear button, high-temperature
resistant silica gel is installed around the door, which is strong and durable.
Ventilation device: The ventilation volume adopts a full-in, full-out adjustable damper,
which can be directly connected to the exhaust pipe.
Machine pulley: move the pulley to adjust the placement position and solid bolt fixing position
In-box tray rack: Two movable tray racks or stainless steel strip grid trays are equipped as standard.
Air supply system: special high temperature (Taiwan made) oven dedicated motor,
with multi-wing wind wheel high-speed operation and single-sided horizontal
air circulation, uniform temperature.
Electric heating system: It adopts Japanese-made sheathed electric heater
(SHEATHED HEATER) dust-free electric heating generator. Low radiant heat is
not easy to oxidize, and the durability is 5-10 years.
Insulation device: no fuse switch, over temperature protection switch, porcelain fuse
Accessories: Adjustable partition board 2-6 pieces
Delay power-off function (can be purchased separately with program control)
Fuse device: first time over-temperature alarm, second time over-temperature
cut-off function, MCCB overload protection, temperature self-tuning, electric
fin-type radiating tube-shaped electric heating tube
Air transport system: Forced air circulation system and specially designed
air outlet, excellent temperature uniformity
Control mode: Automatically turn on the timer when temperature reaches,
cut off power supply when time reaches, and beep
