Easy & safe operation

Equipped with locking device and lifting handle, can rapidly raise and fix; the disperse disc is fixed by internal hexagon and spindle, can easily dismantle and clean; equipped with bucket clamping device, can fix the stirring bucket rapidly, thus avoid any displacement in working.

Little temperature variation

The material bucket equipped with dual layer cooling jacket, use water to cool when running, good cooling performance, temperature variation less than 10 C.

Work principle

Through high speed rotation of dispersion disc to let the material form a circular flow, generate strong vortex, form a Spiral to down to the bottom. generate strong Impact and friction between particles, thus reach rapid disperse, dissolve, evenly mix, emulsify effect.
