2: Detection of UV lamp intensity:
1. Ultraviolet light is invisible light, purple light ≠ sterilization.
2. Ultraviolet rays are directed and refracted.
3. The penetration of ultraviolet light is weak.
4. The germicidal ultraviolet rays are in the C band, and the center wavelength is 2537AO
5. Ultraviolet bactericidal dose: intensity X time
6. The method of detecting the intensity of the ultraviolet lamp: ultraviolet intensity meter; ultraviolet intensity indicator card
7. The quality of the ultraviolet lamp: the glass has no bubbles and gas lines; fast start-up; no flicker; long life; irradiation intensity standard: 30W lamp new lamp ≥90µW/cm2; old lamp ≥70µW/cm2
8. Ultraviolet intensity test. Directly read the intensity value when irradiated at 100cm from the light vertically.
Note: ①Protection: Wear glasses, gloves, and a protective face shield if necessary.
②Read the test value after the UV lamp is stable for 5 minutes after turning on.
③The change of ultraviolet intensity is related to the quality and voltage of the lamp tube and the finish of the reflector.
