Application at operation room,clinic, bakery and confectioneryetc place which request high airtighness and cleaness. Working with KAST,Panasonic,or Nabco motor and control system, activate with foot sensor, or hand sensor, safety with light barrier, anti-bumper and anti-clips, it ensure the isolation area and cleaness inside.
KAST-Automatic hospital door Introductions,
1. Door blade,
*48mm aluminum honeycomb core faced both sides with Electro-galvanized steel with powder coating(can chose color as u like)
*Framed in anodized aluminum profiles with rounded edges in aluminum or brushed stainless steel.
2. Door frames&Silicone rubber gasket
*Frame and counter frame in aluminum profile with rounded edges or welded 304L stainless steel suit the hospital door
*Silicone seal gasket are assembled round in the door frame and around the hospial door panel to promise airtightness in the operation room.
3.Observatio Window
Apply double laminated 5mm+5mm safety glass window with round edges and gradient color or lead glass,totally flush on both sides with the door panel
4.Door Handle
Reinforced polyamide or 304L stainless steel bar handle or painted steel or stainless steel flush pull handle
5.Automatic Door Operator
*"U" design anodized aluminum track with ramps
*Exclusive 24V brushless motor and controller to ensure the stable and smooth working.
