Recently, a customer came to ask if his FRP water tank was used on the construction site. Now that the construction site has been completed, it needs to be transferred to the next site. Can the FRP water tank be disassembled and taken to the next company for assembly and use?
The combined FRP water tank is made up of FRP water tank plate and accessories screws. Theoretically, it can be disassembled and reassembled, but the following aspects should be paid attention to
1: Has the water tank been filled with water?
If the water tank has not been used with water, it can be disassembled and reassembled
If the water tank has been used, it is necessary to remove the dirt inside the water tank first, and then disassemble it
2: In the process of disassembly and assembly, be careful, it is better to use professional workers to disassemble and assemble the water tank plate, so as to avoid damaging the water tank plate; and each plate should be marked with position to prepare for re installation.
3: After disassembly, the connecting screws and adhesive strips on the water tank plate need to be replaced with new ones
4: If it is found that the water tank plate is damaged or cracked during the disassembly, it is necessary to replace the water tank plate with a new one.
