Vented PE foam Liners are PE liners suitable for leak prevention of liquid while allowing the release of potential gas formation within the containers or bottles. Allows container to vent with a foam seal.
Household, industrial and commercial products containing bleach, peroxide or other gaseous ingredients can cause containers to swell or bloat. Other products containing surfactants, solvents or oils can cause containers to collapse or panel due to oxygen scavenging or product migration. In addition, fluctuations in temperature and altitude during shipping or storage can accelerate these undesirable container changes.
Suitable for pharmaceutical,agrochemical,cosmetics,bleach,and petrochemical industries where gas formation is a common occurrence and subsequent releasing is important.
Our vented PE foamed liners allow bottles to breathe,relieving outward or inward pressures while preventing product leakage.The unique structural properties of our PE foamed vented liners allow for free air exchange through our e-PTFE membrane while preventing your product from leaking.
These innovative,vented liners repel liquids and allow the free passage of air to equalize pressure within containers.
They replace traditional foam, pulp, paper or foil liners and provide a leak-proof closure. The airflow and venting capacities can be modified based on the specifications and applications that best suit the customer’s needs.

The purpose of this product is to prevent the filling container (bottle) from shaking after filling a certain liquid,or placed at different temperatures to produce gas, so that the container deformation or cap cracking.
"Air permeable gasket" is composed of PE gasket and polymer permeable film, which completely achieves the effect of "air permeability and no leakage".
The products are mainly used for sealing bottles of food, medicine, health care products, beverages, cosmetics, pesticides, chemical products, etc.
