Product Introduction
High temperature has many effects on products, such as aging, oxidation, chemical change, thermal diffusion, electric migration, metal migration, melting, vaporization deformation, etc. Usually the product life will be reduced to a quarter for every 10 C rise in the surrounding environment; when the ambient temperature rises 20 C, the product life will be reduced by half, and the product life will follow. As a result, high temperature test, as an ultra-common test, is used for screening components and whole machine, aging test, life test and accelerated life test, and plays an important role in the verification of failure analysis.
Similarly, low temperature also has many effects on products, such as brittleness, freezing, viscosity increase, curing, mechanical strength control and physical shrinkage, etc. Low temperature test is used to check the adaptability of products to storage and use in low temperature environment, and is often used in the type test of products in the development stage, screening test of components and so on.
Chamber Usages
It can simulate the range of temperature and humidity, and is suitable for reliability test of industrial products at high and low temperatures. The performances of components and materials of related products such as electronics, automobile motorcycles, aerospace, ship weapons, colleges and universities, scientific research institutes and so on are tested under the circumstance of high and low temperature (alternating) cyclic changes.
Product Features
1. The temperature controller of the high and low temperature test box adopts imported instruments, with PID adjustment, SSR output, fast self-tuning, digital display and convenient reading.
2. The door, studio and shell of the box are equipped with high temperature resistant sealing strip and pressing device, which can effectively ensure the sealing and thermal insulation performance of the box.
3. The studio and the test stand are made of stainless steel, and the outer box of the high and low temperature test box is sprayed with high quality cold rolled sheet, with beautiful appearance.
4. It has over-temperature protection, overload protection of control circuit and short-circuit protection. It is safe and reliable to use.
5. The refrigeration system uses the French Tecumseh original fully enclosed compressor to ensure the low temperature stability of the high and low temperature test box.
