DZL seires coal/biomass fired steam boiler realizes almost zero pollution with the use of special dust collector solution (bag dust collector, double towers desulfurization, etc.). This series boiler is single drum horizontal type shell boiler, the combustion equipment is chain grate (small scale flaker is available), has the advantages of feed mechanically and strong adaptability of different fuels. The fuel could be II class bituminous coal, the diameter should be 6-25mm, and ash content should be less than 32.4%. Otherwise, DZL series boiler could also burn biomass fuel, including wood, straw, bagasse, rice husk, coconut shell, cotton seeds, peanut shell, etc.
Boiler Feature:
1. Adopts horizontal type three pass structure and large furnace, to ensure the sufficient combustion.
2. The steam boiler adopts arched tube plate and spirally corrugated tube, change the quasi-steel body into quasi-elastic body structure, reduce stress.
3. The spirally corrugated tube strengthen the heat transfer, improve thermal efficiency. The flue gas has the foundation of disturbance, avoid ash depositing in tube.
4. Equipped with economizer, make full use of the heat of flue gas, decrease the exhaust smoke temperature, increase thermal efficiency.
5.Equipped with reliable boiler auxiliaries,such as international famous brand water pump(Grundfos, CNP), Siemens brand electric control elements, Fleck brand water softemner from USA, etc
6. Adopt the latest boiler technology, 100% flaw detection test, high quality, and long working life, low maintenance fee.
