This equipment is mainly used for the automatic forming of flat masks on the outer ear, mainly including automatic feeding mechanism, folding forming mechanism and knurled edge banding machine. After the roll of fabric is placed at the designated position of the feeding rack, the fabric is imported into the hemming fabric through automatic folding, hemming, nose roll traction and fixed-length cutting, and the both sides are sealed by ultrasonic welding. Edge sealing, cutting and shaping by cutting knife, automatic control throughout.
