And System Overview Level 5 Core sorter is a kind of cores voltage internal resistance tested by a voltage internal resistance tester, each cores level is calculated according to touch screen software settings, and different levels of batteries are loaded into different channels according to the results of the decision, so as to achieve automatic sorting of battery products.The automatic sorting device is composed of a feeding mechanism, a testing mechanism, an automatic sorting and a feeding mechanism, etc.The system automatically sorts and collects the cores into their respective receivers according to group information according to user settings.
Equipment layout: The automatic sorting device is composed of automatic feeder, test, automatic sorting, bin feeder, etc.The integrated batteries are manually put into the buffer area of the automatic feeder, and the automatic feeder sends the cores to the test area one by one. After the test is completed, the cores are sent to the sorting cylinder by the pusher cylinder, and the sorting cylinder puts different cores into the corresponding grades. As a result, the main parts and layout of the automatic feeder work as follows:
