KB integrated pneumatic clutch and brake is also called pneumatic operated clutch & brake combination unit, it is a heavy duty disc type design, suit for heavy industries applications. The clutch is operated by supplying air pressure by using a pneumatic cylinder piston clamps the friction plats to the hub, which is keyed to the shaft and thus transmits the torque. When air pressure exhausted, the springs move the piston in the opposite direction, thus friction plates are clamped and the brake is applied. Multiple friction plates increase the torque capacity without inflating the size of the unit.

This KB pneumatic clutch and brake is a compact structure, it is the combination of air shaft clutch and brake, that is to say, it can be used as a clutch and brake at the same time.

Regular model includes: KB-0050, KB-0100, KB-0200, KB-0400, KB-0050, KB-0500, KB-0600, KB-0800, KB-1200. It has three modes, KB-BB, KB-CC, KB-CS. They are divided according to their installation method, KB-BB is without installation lug, KB-CC and KB-CS are with four installation lugs.
