Calculation of the number of vacuum tubes: 10 vacuum tube collectors (47) can be used as a heat collection area of 1 square meter, and can produce 90 kg of hot water at 45°C to 65°C per day under normal light. If X tons of hot water is used every day, and the number of vacuum tubes of the solar collector is Y, then Y=(1000X÷90)×10. For example, 8 tons of hot water is needed, then Y=(1000×8÷90)×10=888 (root)2. Calculation of auxiliary electric heating power: When there is no light in the rainy day, hot water is needed. Electric auxiliary heating can be used. The calculation of the power is as follows: Generally, it is calculated as 5 kilowatts per ton of water. For example, 8 tons of water requires 8×5=40 kilowatts. However, 40 kilowatts cannot be used. For three-phase load balance, 42 kilowatts should be used as divisible by 3, so that each phase load is 14 kilowatts, because 40 kilowatts cannot be divisible by 3. The calculation method of the diameter of the electric heating wire: generally 4 amperes per square. For example, 42 kilowatts (three-phase power) requires 10--12 square wires. Formula: S (square number) = P (power) ÷ 3 (three-phase electricity) ÷ 220 (phase voltage) ÷ 4 (square number per ampere). If the wire is too long, increase the diameter appropriately. Measures to prevent leakage: a. The electrically heated water tank must be reliably grounded, even if the ground is wet, the ground angle iron must be driven below 2 meters. Dry ground should be below 4 meters, subject to wet soil. Some people want to replace the ground wire with a lightning protection wire, which is not allowed. But it can be replaced by the main ground wire of the building. (It can be found in the power distribution cabinet of the building) b. The leakage circuit breaker certified by the national authority should be installed in the automatic control cabinet. c. In addition, lengthening the hot water outlet pipe is also a way to improve the safety factor.3. How to choose circulating pump and solenoid valve: The circulating pump should calculate the flow rate on the basis of estimating the number of cycles per day and the total volume of the water tank, and select the circulating pump according to the flow calculation and head. The general power is between 40 watts and 400 watts. Or ask the circulating pump supplier. Solenoid valve: Generally, 220V AC voltage and 20 watts of power should be used to prevent the harm caused by voltage fluctuations. The diameter can be 25-32mm. Solenoid valves generally have no concerns about leakage.
