The embedded anchor bar is the main stress component of the formwork and the support point of the formwork positioning and suspension. The positioning cone connected with the anchor bar directly determines the spatial position of the template. Therefore, the embedded accuracy of the positioning cone of the initial bin should be strictly controlled.
If bulk steel formwork is used for the above pouring layer, 5cm thick and 10cm high square timber shall be used at the installation elevation of the positioning cone. The side of the square timber contacting with the concrete shall be planed, and then the Φ 31 positioning cone hole shall be drilled on the square timber according to the established position.
After the template is checked, the positioning cone which is screwed into the anchor bar, covered with plastic sleeve and filled with grease shall be closely attached to the template panel with positioning cone hole reserved, and then the positioning cone shall be fixed on the panel with bolts from the outside of the template.
