Formwork Tie Rod

Construction technology: Tie Rod is one of the most important accessories in pouring shear wall project. Together with Big Plate Nut, they act as wall tie system, to fasten the formwork panels tightly during concrete pouring process. 

Composition of formwork system:

The board surface system includes: 18mm thick high strength plywood, woodworking I-beam H20, steel girdling and girdling clamp. The section height of the woodworking beam is 200 mm, the upper and lower wing width is 80 mm, the wing thickness is 40 mm, the web thickness is 40 mm, and the length is 2160 mm, and the zuida spacing is 425 mm; the distance between the two horizontal steel girdles is 1250 mm, and the distance between the bottom horizontal steel girdles and the bottom edge of the formwork is 350 mm; in order to form the circular shape of the cylinder external mold, the steel girdling and the woodworking beam are connected by the girdling clamp Two lifting points are arranged for vertical steel purlin to facilitate safe hoisting. The adjacent steel corrugations are located and connected by the formwork hinged parts between the formwork, so that the large shell formwork is connected as a whole.
