Rebar bending hoop machine belongs to an improvement of the structure of steel bar bending machine. The utility model includes a reducer, a large gear, a small gear, and a curved disc surface, which is characterized by the structure: a two-stage brake motor and a reducer are directly connected to perform a first-stage deceleration; The curved disc surface is always driven to rotate; the central axis hole and several curved axis holes are provided on the curved disc surface; the positioning square bars on the worktable surface are respectively provided with several positioning axis holes. Because the two-stage brake motor and the reducer are directly connected for one-stage deceleration, the input and output revolution ratios are accurate, the bending speed is stable and accurate, and the automatic conversion speed can be controlled by electric, and the brake can ensure the bending angle. Using the positive and negative rotation of the motor, the rebar is bent in two directions. The central axis can be replaced for easy maintenance. Intelligent control can be used.
1. Straightening system: the multi-wheel group straightening machine structure is adopted, which is straightened by two sets of horizontal and vertical multi-wheel straightening. The straightening system has position mobile memory detection. Replacing different diameter steel bars, the straightening wheel will automatically go down or up Adjustment to achieve rapid steel bar straightening (patented technology), shorten the steel bar straightening time, the entire process is automatically completed, multi-wheel group synchronously draws the steel bar, the pressure between the wheel and the steel bar is reduced, and the traction force is small, thereby causing energy consumption and steel bar loss cut back.
2. Cut-off system: Cut-off is equipped with brakeless brake control device (this device is our company's invention patent), which supports high-speed frequent start-up shear, which greatly improves the reliability and durability.
3. Bending system: driven by imported servo motor, the bending arm can be quickly rotated and telescopic, from eccentric shaft type to straight reciprocating structure, eliminating eccentric loss parts.
4. Control system: adopt advanced PLC program control, color touch screen display, key input to reduce the damage to the touch screen due to poor environment. Built-in a variety of different shapes of stirrup graphics, the key parts are imported brand-name products, with fault recognition and alarm functions.
5. Operation console: The operation panel of the new model is integrated with the main unit, and can be moved from side to side, effectively avoiding the defects such as large occupation of the operation console and unsafe control cables exposed on the ground.
