1、 Scope of application
It is a new type of lamp for hydraulic support in coal mine, which can meet the lighting requirements of coal mining face and general mining face. It is provided with 127V power supply by the comprehensive protection device of underground lighting in coal mine. It is connected to the working face through cables. One lamp is arranged every 15 meters and extends to the end of the working face to meet the needs of coal miners for the lighting of working face

Detailed introduction
）It is suitable for lighting in fully mechanized coal mining face with explosive gas (methane) and coal dust explosion risk. "Multi function bracket lamp" adopts mcdx intrinsically safe power supply as power supply, with functions of over-voltage, over-current and short-circuit protection; it is equipped with LED light source and led to form lighting system, which can be used in any high gas mine. It has a life span of tens of thousands of hours. It is matched with zbz-1.0m mine flameproof lighting integrated protection device produced by our factory, and can also realize signal contact, emergency stop and fault detection functions. S2 "signal switch" can realize the communication of light language according to the agreement; S3 "emergency stop switch" can lock scraper conveyor to avoid the malignant development of sudden accidents; S4 "detection switch" can cut off the power supply in sections, so as to quickly find out the leakage fault point, and eliminate the fault on site when the lighting comprehensive protection is not opened The lamp is combined with zbz-1.5m lighting signal integrated protection device, which can realize lighting, signal safety, leakage, over-current and short-circuit protection functions.

4. Product features
1. Flameproof and intrinsically safe type can work safely in inflammable and explosive places of coal mine. The realization of intrinsically safe type will greatly provide the safety of working face bracket lamps
