1. Scope and Application
It is suitable for the places with methane and coal dust explosion danger under the coal mine. It is used for roadway and chamber lighting. It is strictly forbidden to use it in mining working face.
A kind of green environmental protection roadway lamp is designed and manufactured with LED light source. The lamp has the advantages of small volume, light weight, long life, no pollution, maintenance free, energy saving and high safety.
The roadway lamp adopts high-power LED light source, which has high luminous efficiency and long service life, and does not need to replace the light source in the service life of the roadway lamp.
The tunnel lamp shell is made of high pressure die-casting aluminum, high temperature resistant silica gel seal and high borosilicate glass tube, with separate design.
The laneway lamp is equipped with high quality switching power supply, with high safety and stability.

The roadway lamp shall withstand the AC 50 Hz, 2000 V power frequency voltage withstand test for 1 min without breakdown or flashover.
3 product structure
The tunnel lamp is composed of flameproof enclosure, LED light source components, transparent cover and protective cover.
The flameproof enclosure is composed of shell, cover, wiring base, cable lead-in device and other parts. The cover and the shell are connected by cylinder flameproof joint face and screw, and the wiring base and shell are connected by plane flameproof joint face and screw. The shell is divided into two parts: wiring chamber and power supply chamber.
A metal protective cover is arranged outside the transparent cover, which is connected with the screw and the shell by a pressure plate.
4 use and maintenance
Before installation, check whether the technical data on the name plate is consistent with the actual use, prevent other external forces on the luminous part of the lamp, check whether all fasteners are loose, and tighten them if they are loose;
The internal and external grounding of tunnel lamp must be good and reliable, and the front flameproof power switch (provided by the user);
The lead-in device shall be tightened after the cable is introduced, and the cable shall be pressed with metal washer and compression nut to ensure good sealing;
The cover can be opened only after the power supply is disconnected during maintenance;
During maintenance, the flameproof surface shall be protected, and no bumping and scratching shall be allowed. After cleaning, 204-1 antirust oil shall be applied.
When using, if the transparent cover is damaged, it should be replaced in time to avoid the LED light-emitting elements exposed to moisture for a long time, which will affect the service life
Warning: 1. Do not open the cover with electricity;
2. It is forbidden to damage the flameproof surface;
3. Zbz-m series flameproof lighting signal transformer comprehensive protection device with short circuit, overload and leakage protection shall be used as the front power switch.

Fault phenomenon, cause analysis, troubleshooting method and remarks
The lamp is not on 1. The wiring nut of the input line is loose and the broken wire or live wire falls off;
2. The power supply is damaged
3. LED light source damage: 1. Cut off the main power supply, open the top cover, and check whether the wiring bolts are loose. If the zero line or live wire falls off, re install according to the operation method.
2. Open the external cavity and do not touch the surface of the light source. Use a digital multimeter to measure whether there is dc65-85v voltage at the input end of the light source. If there is no output voltage, it can be judged that the power supply is damaged and involves the complexity of operation. It is recommended to return to the factory for maintenance.
3. If the lamp does not light up after troubleshooting the power supply poor contact and power supply damage, the LED light source needs to be replaced and returned to the factory for maintenance. 1. The nominal voltage when leaving the factory is the working voltage of the lamp, which shall not exceed the application range of the voltage.
2. It is strictly forbidden to repair and disassemble the lamps by themselves.
6 transportation and storage
In the process of transportation, roadway lamps should have "rain proof" and "dust-proof" measures.
The roadway lamp is not allowed to collide and install violently during transportation.
The tunnel lamp should be stored in the warehouse without rain invasion, air circulation and relative humidity not more than 90% (+ 20 ℃) and temperature between - 20 ℃ and + 40 ℃.
7 unpacking and inspection
Before unpacking, relevant marks, product name, specification, quantity, receiving unit and delivery unit shall be checked.
When unpacking, the outer package should be removed gradually to avoid damaging the surface of product shell.
After unpacking, the following items shall be checked:
a. Whether the external parts of the product are damaged;
b. Whether the packing list, certificate and product specification are complete;
c. Are all kinds of nameplates and product marks complete
8 after sales service
If you need after-sales service, please contact our company. After the roadway lamp is sold, the warranty period is one year. In the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace the non-human fault free of charge. If you do not use and maintain according to the instruction manual, the company will not be responsible for the quality problems caused.
