The NC5200C is an all-in-one solution designed especially for small and medium- size enterprises to meet their increasingly diverse demands for communication services. Using advanced software & hardware technology and carrier-class design, NC5200C provides best-in-class efficiency and high reliability. The system utilizes high-performance CPU and DSP, embedded real-time perating system and efficient algorithm. NC5200C offers various plug-in interface modules to meet the requirements for different services and applications as well as ensuring capacity expansion.
NC5200C supports carrier-class module and network redundancy. In untoward situations resulting in damage to the system and/or network, switchover to the standby system is automatically performed to ensure normal operation.
To facilitate interoperability between the enterprise and public network, the NC5200C is equipped with built-in trunk gateway interface and functionality. NC5200C nodes can be deployed in remote branches and interconnected via the corporate intranet. For temporary or satellite offices, fixed phones can be linked directly by IAD with FXO interfaces. In distributed deployment, the NC5200C nodes enable a unified dialing plan to avoid long-distance call charges.
The NC5200C system, in conjunction with appropriate servers, can provide value-added services such as voice mail, fax, call center, operator console, dispatch system, etc.
