The ends of the specimen are fixed with clamps at the required elongation.When contacting with ozonized air, the length and direction of the sample should be basically parallel to the direction of air flow.When contacting with ozonized air, the length and direction of the sample should be basically parallel to the direction of air flow

Fixtures shall be made of materials (such as aluminum) that do not readily decompose ozone

Make the sample rotation speed between(20-25) mm/s,in a plane of vertical dry air flow, each specimen moves continuously along the same path

The one week rotation time of the same sample is (8-12) min.The scanning area of the sample is at least 40% of the effective area of the test chamber.

The sample preparation shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 9865.1.The sample is better be cut off from the new mould specimen.If necessary, you can cut it off from the finished product.At least 3 samples should be tested under each test condition. The standard specimen width of long strip is no less than 10mm.Thickness -2.0mm +0.2mm,The length of fixture between two ends shall not be less than 40mm before stretching.
