The main purpose:
Mainly used for testing of metal and non-metal materials, such as: rubber, plastic, wire and cable,textile, fiber optic cable, safety belt, leather belt composite, plastic profile, waterproof coil, steel pipe, copper, profile, spring steel.
Test Funcation:Stretching, compression, bending, shearing, peeling, tearing, two-point extension of bearing steel, stainless steel (and other high-hardness steel), castings, steel plates, steel strips, non-ferrous metal wires, etc. A variety of experiments.
This machine adopts mechatronic design, which is mainly composed of load cell, transmitter, microprocessor, load drive mechanism, computer and color inkjet printer. It has a wide and accurate loading speed and force range. It has high precision and sensitivity for load and displacement measurement and control. It can also perform automatic control test of constant velocity loading and constant velocity displacement. Floor-standing models and styling coatings fully consider the principles of modern industrial design and ergonomics.
