Battery low voltage simulation test boxFeatures:
(1) Put the thermocouple-coupled test sample battery (the thermocouple contacts fixed on the large surface of the battery) in a fume hood, use a 2-8mm diameter rustless steel needle or tungsten needle to 10mm/s - The speed of 40mm/s pierces the center of the largest surface of the battery and remains at any time.
(2) The test should be carried out at an ambient temperature of 20°C±5°C. The safety performance of the battery is verified by acupuncture test.
(3) The sample to be tested shall not be a fire or explode, but shall be qualified, otherwise it shall be a failure.
(4) The testing machine can be remotely controlled and manually controlled, making the operation more convenient and safe.
Battery acupuncture tester is mainly used for simulating the reliability of the battery after the internal battery is damaged after being penetrated by a sharp metal object.
