ED instrument is a portable,non-destructive,rapid and accurate measurement of coating thickness precision instruments.Widely used in anti-corrosion, electroplating,chemical, automotive,shipbuilding,aviation,light industry,suitable for laboratory,factory and outdoor field use.This product complies with GB/T4957-2003 standards.
The magnetic thickness gage,according to magnetic induction principle,to detect the magnetic metal substrate without damage. ( such as: iron , steel, and the hard magnetic alloy steel, etc.) On the thickness of the non -magnetic coating (such as: zinc , aluminum, chromium, copper , paint, Lang , rubber, paint, etc. ) .
According to the vortex theory,vortex thickness gauge detect the non-magnetic metal without damage.(such as:aluminum , copper, zinc , tin, etc. ) On thickness of the non-conductive coating ( such as paints, the anodic oxide film , ceramics, plastics, rubber, etc. ) .
