Summary:
- This testing machine according to the American UL94 StandardGB/T2408-1996 and the relevant provisions of IEC60065 are designed and manufactured to test the combustion characteristics of plastic materials.
- And equipped with gas flowmeter, adjust the flame size, simple and safe operation. This instrument can evaluate the flammability of materials or foam, such as v-0, v-1, v-2, HB, 5V, hf-1, hf-2, HBF grade.
Test standards:
- According to UL 94-2006, UL1581 UL13 UL444 UL1655 CAS ft-1, IEC 60695-11-4, IEC 60695-11-3, GB/ t5169-2008 series and other standards, Bunsen burner of specified size and specific gas sources (methane or propane) are used for the horizontal and vertical combustion of test articles according to a certain flame height and a certain flame Angle. The ignitability and risk of ignition were evaluated by means of ignition duration and burning length.
Application:
- 1. It’s suitable for lighting equipment, electronic wire, low-voltage electrical appliances, household electrical appliances, machine tool electrical appliances, motor, electric tools, electronic instruments, electrical instrumentation, electrical fittings and accessories such as electrical and electronic products and its component parts in the research, production and quality inspection departments, can also be applied to insulation materials, engineering plastics industry or other solid combustible materials.
- 2. Test the flame resistance of organic materials such as wire and cable insulation materials, printed circuit board materials and IC insulators. During the test, put the specimen on the top of the fire, burn for 15 seconds and reduce it by 15 seconds.
- Working Principle: This tester provides a flame burning source, manually operated the flaming time, remaining flame time and remaining glow time.
