Plastic melt flow index tester
Brief Introduction:
- Melt flow rate instrument is also called plastic, resin melt index instrument is used for mensurating melt flow rate when the viscous flow state MFR value.

1. The digital display

2. LCD is fully automatic.

3. Microcomputer controlled automatic.
The melt indexer sets up a single chip microcomputer automatic test device and electronic automatic cutting device.After the microcomputer system has input the corresponding parameters from the light touch key, the test is finished, namely, automatic calculation and printing of flow rate value, high repeatability and convenient operation.The temperature control of the use of computer software technology, which can automatically eliminate because of the power supply voltage fluctuation and the influence caused by environmental changes, and when the temperature of the instrument and the standard temperature thermometer (special correction to match) appeared deviation, the operator can easily random fixed.The electronic automatic cutting device can be automatically cut at the preselected interval to calculate the final result when automatic detection is not possible.
