MFR & MVR Plastic Melt Flow Index Tester
Melt Flow Index Tester is a new and affordable tabletop instrument that tests the melt mass-flow rate (MFR) of a wide range of thermoplastic raw materials, in the form of granules, strips of film etc. This test method is particularly useful for quality control tests on thermoplastics.
Features --MFR & MVR Plastic Melt Flow Index Tester
1.Using advanced electronic measurement technology, liquid crystal display test results, the micro printer output results and calculating the quality of the melt flow rate (MFR) or melt volume flow rate (MVR) (note: single determination value and many times the average of the cutting material).
2.Tester compact structure, beautiful, the control system can real time measurement and display temperature numerical, has the upper limit temperature protection, constant temperature sound reminders, response time tip etc. Function. The use of advanced PID control technology and high speed and high resolution sampling circuit, make the machine in constant temperature is the following characteristics:
A: heating speed, the dinky overshoot.
B: constant temperature and high precision.
C: in the packing after, can quickly restored constant temperature condition.
