Square bar holding safety chuck matchs with pneumatic clutch
Safety chuck is just like a bar holder, it can be used independently and also can be linked with pneumatic clutch, pneumatic brake, air shaft, caliper disc brake, manual brake and etc.
Pedestal installation safety chuck is also called manual pillow type safety chuck for paper core loading and unloading. For the standard manual safety chuck, there are two types: flange mounted safety chuck and pedestal mounted safety chuck. STO/W foot mounted safety chuck is just the pedestal type, it is fixed on the worktable by screws. This safety chuck is widely applied for steel shaft and web roller material loading and unloading.
Stand foot mounted safety chuck can be connected with other equipment via shaft, so as to clamp driving shaft or braking disk widely.
This pedestal safety chuck can be equiped with different square size of clamp heads. For the standard seat safety chuck, there are some models to meet customers' requirement. It includes STO/W28, STO/W35, STO/W50, STO/W75. And each model can be customized with some size of squares, such as STO/W35 model safety chuck, its square size is 30-40mm, so the square size usually made by 30*30mm, 32*32mm, 35*35mm, 38*38mm, 40*40mm to satisfy each customer's requirement.

Pedestal safety chuck can be matched with steel shaft and air shaft brake for tension control. It is side push structure and can detect chuck rotating position automatically. Loading air shaft into holding mouth via pushing hold mouth, after rotating a certain degree, its holding mouth will closed automatically, it is safe and convenient.
STO/W foot mounted safety chuck is made by Handong, it is with superior quality and high precision, so as to holding shaft very well.
