Wedge wire screen nozzle intruction
Wedge wire screen nozzle is a filter element,the festures of wegde wire screen make it an attractive solution for separating solids from liquids, retaining media (such as resin,sand, catalyst), filtering,sizing,dewatering,collecting, and distributing,and water treatment or media retention and always made from stainless steel or customized material, which is mounted on the support plate.The dimensions and the distribution of the nozzles on the support plate can be altered to obtain an optimized flow distribution.
Usage
Above mentioned designs are used widely in down-flow reactors for liquid/solid or gas/solid separation mixed beds, ion exchangers and regenerators of condensate polishing system.The liquid or gas can flow through the nozzles while the solids are retained in the vessel by the nozzles.
