Product Feature:

High frequency mechanical sound waves are achieved with a specially designed vibrating head that meets and vibrates with compressed air to continuously create a dense mist of 1-10 micron size covering the source of dust and maintaining the mixing ratio with the dust particles. The working principle of the ultrasonic atomizing nozzle is compressed air or electromagnetically driven cut-off plug to make the atomizing medium to generate high-speed vibration and be atomized into particles. Because the vibration frequency exceeds the sound wave, it becomes the ultrasonic atomizing nozzle. Through the pulse width adjustment of the flow control function can make the ultrasonic atomization nozzle quickly repeated on / off.
