2) Maximum closing pressure of rubber tracks vulcanizer hot plate: 300 n / cm2
3) Inside diameter of mould locking cylinder (four) of vulcanizer: 190mm
4) Diameter of piston rod of mould locking cylinder (four) of vulcanizer: 90mm
5) Size of upper and lower hot plate of vulcanizer (L * w * h) 950mm * 600mm * 80mm

12) Minimum die thickness: 100 mm
13) The hydraulic system of the rubber tracks vulcanizer should have the function of pressurization and pressure relief. When the mold locking pressure increases to 110% of the set pressure, the pressure will be released until the set pressure is released.
14) The effective displacement distance of the tensioning wheel on both sides of the plate is 500mm.
