Orbit ball valve is suitable for petrochemical, LPG storage, oil refinery, natural gas, compressor system, oil and gas transmission pipeline, light industry, textile and other industries.

Product advantages: traditional ball valve, whether floating ball valve or fixed ball valve, the ball always contacts with the valve seat, the switch torque is large, and the sealing surface is easy to be damaged. However, when the orbit ball valve is opened and closed, the ball first deflects, and then rotates, and the ball is separated from the valve seat in the whole process of opening and closing, so the valve seat will not be scratched, and the opening and closing torque is small.

1. No friction between opening and closing. This function completely solves the problem that traditional valve seals are affected by friction between sealing surfaces.

2. Top entry structure. The valve installed on the pipeline can be directly inspected and maintained online. The utility model can effectively reduce the shutdown of the device and the production cost.

6. It has a wide range of applications, ranging from small diameter to several millimeters and large diameter to several meters, from high vacuum to high pressure. When the ball rotates 90 degrees, it should be spherical at the inlet and outlet, so as to cut off the flow.

7. Self cleaning structure of sealing surface. When the ball leans away from the valve seat, the fluid in the pipeline passes through 360 ° evenly along the sealing surface of the ball, which not only eliminates the local scour of high-speed fluid on the valve seat, but also washes away the accumulation on the sealing surface, so as to achieve the purpose of self-cleaning.
